To make troubleshooting faster, include your device model, iOS version, app version, and a short description of what happened.

  1. Explain the issue in one or two sentences.
  2. List the steps that led to it.
  3. Say whether sound, vibration, or language settings were changed.

Common questions

Does Act Fast need an internet connection? The gameplay is designed to run locally on the device. If you are reviewing the support or privacy pages online, that of course uses your browser connection.
Why are sound or vibration not working? Check the in-app settings first. Also verify that your device is not muted and that vibration is enabled at the system level.
Do I need to sign in or create a profile? No. Act Fast does not require user accounts for normal use.
