This Privacy Policy applies to the Act Fast mobile app. Act Fast is designed as a local party game. Based on the current app implementation, the app does not collect, sell, or share personal data for advertising or tracking purposes.
During gameplay, players may enter names and custom words. Based on the current app code, that gameplay data is handled locally in the running app session and is not written to the app's persistent storage for long-term retention.
The app does store a small amount of non-personal preference data locally on the device so the app can work as expected. This includes:

Email is handled by your email provider and the recipient's email provider, outside the app itself.
You can stop using the app at any time. Because app preferences are stored locally on your device, removing the app from the device will generally remove that locally stored app data as part of the app removal process.
