KeepTrack: Musical Journey is a private music lesson and practice journal for lesson books, repertoire, statuses, pages, notes, and teacher-ready reports. If something is unclear or not working as expected, this page is the public support contact for the app.

To make troubleshooting faster, include your device model, iOS or iPadOS version, app version, and a short note about whether the issue happened in Library, Notes, Report, or Archived.

  1. Explain the issue in one or two sentences.
  2. List the steps that led to it.
  3. Say whether the issue involves books, titles, notes, reports, or archive actions.
  4. Mention whether copy or share actions were involved.

Common questions

Does KeepTrack: Musical Journey need an internet connection? Normal journal use is designed to work locally on the device. Viewing this support site or sending a support email uses your browser or email provider connection.
What information appears in teacher reports? Teacher reports are generated from active books and titles. The detailed report includes title status and page numbers when saved. Practice note bodies and teacher feedback are not added to reports.
Can I keep old material without deleting it? Yes. Books, titles, and notes can be archived and restored from the Archived tab.
Can I add notes manually? Yes. The current version supports written practice and lesson notes. The app does not require microphone or speech recognition permission for the current release.
