KeepTrack Habit Tracker support

KeepTrack Habit Tracker helps people build routines, protect streaks, replace unwanted habits, and track progress across iPhone and Apple Watch. If something is unclear or not working as expected, this page is the public support contact for the app.

How to get help

For support, contact coding98jones@gmail.com.

To make troubleshooting faster, include your device model, iOS, iPadOS, or watchOS version, app version, and a short note about whether the issue happened in Today, Habits, Stats, Settings, Premium, reminders, iCloud sync, or Apple Watch.

  1. Explain the issue in one or two sentences.
  2. List the steps that led to it.
  3. Say whether the issue involves a habit, category, reminder, streak, timer, purchase, or sync.
  4. Mention whether you were using iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch, or more than one device.

Common questions

Does KeepTrack need an account? No. The current app does not include account registration or login. Habit data belongs to the user and is stored through the app on Apple devices.
Does KeepTrack sync between devices? The app is built with Apple's private iCloud CloudKit sync and WatchConnectivity. Sync depends on the user's Apple ID, iCloud availability, device connectivity, and system scheduling.
Can I use reminders? Yes. Habit reminders are optional and only scheduled when the user enables them. Notification permission can be managed in iOS Settings.
What does Premium unlock? Premium unlocks unlimited active habits, detailed per-habit stats, history editing, and duration timers. Purchases and restores are handled through Apple's App Store.

Privacy

KeepTrack Habit Tracker is implemented without developer-operated accounts, advertising, tracking, or third-party analytics SDKs. It uses Apple services for private iCloud sync, optional notifications, Apple Watch support, and purchases.
